Real Madrid has joined the expressions of regret for the death of the Spanish actress Concha Velasco, a member of the club for 30 years and who has always shown “her pride in being a Real Madrid fan.”
“Real Madrid CF, its president and its Board of Directors deeply regret the death of Concha Velasco, one of the most important artists in our country and a member of Real Madrid for 30 years. Real Madrid would like to express its condolences and affection to her relatives and all their loved ones,” he said in a statement. “Concha Velasco always showed her pride in being a Real Madrid fan. Rest in peace,” she added.
Concha Velasco died this Saturday at the age of 84 at the Puerta de Hierro Hospital in Majadahonda (Madrid). The actress from Valladolid suffered lymphatic cancer in 2014, and after the pandemic her condition worsened. It was in March 2022 when her son Manuel de ella announced to the media that her mother was admitted to a residence so that she would be cared for 24 hours a day.
