MADRID, 6 Ene. (EUROPA PRESS) –
Real Madrid, FC Barcelona, Atlético de Madrid and nine other teams from LaLiga Santander, in addition to three from LaLiga SmartBank and one from Primera RFEF, will meet this Saturday (1:00 p.m.) their rivals for the Copa del Rey round of 16, in a raffle to be held in the Luis Aragonés Hall of the Ciudad del Fútbol of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) in Las Rozas (Madrid).
The sixteen sets will be distributed in three drums; AD Ceuta, the only RFEF Primera team still in contention, will face a Primera, just like the three remaining ‘Segundas’: Real Sporting de Gijón, Levante and Deportivo Alavés.
The rest of the eliminatory rounds will be decided after a pure draw; in case of clashes between clubs of the same category, the home team will be the first whose ball was drawn first. Real Madrid, FC Barcelona, Atlético de Madrid, Real Betis, Valencia, Villarreal, Real Sociedad, Sevilla, Athletic Club, Osasuna, RCD Espanyol and RCD Mallorca are the representatives of the highest category of Spanish football.
The crosses, still a single match, will be played on January 17, 18 and 19, the week after the celebration of the Spanish Super Cup in Saudi Arabia.
The draw will be held from 1:00 p.m. on Saturday and the official channels of the RFEF will share the first draw of the year live through its website and social networks. Teledeporte and #Vamos will also echo the act.
