Real Avilés and Langreo tie 2-2 and share the points

Real Avilés and Langreo tied at two in the match held this Sunday at the Román Suárez Puerta. Real Avilés arrived with the intention of increasing their score after drawing 0-0 in the last match played against Arosa. On the visitors’ side, Langreo achieved a goalless draw against Navalcarnero, adding a point in the last match of the competition. After the match, the local team was in eleventh position, while Langreo was in twelfth place at the end of the match.

The first half of the duel began in an unbeatable way for Real Avilés, who took advantage of the opportunity to open the scoring thanks to a goal from Natalio in the 32nd minute. However, Langreo reacted and leveled the match through a goal from Juan López just before the final whistle, specifically in the 46th minute. After this, the first half ended with a result of 1-1.

In the second half the goal came for the Langrean team, which turned the light around with a goal from Pana in the 72nd minute. The local team equalized through a goal from Estellés in the 92nd minute, during extra time they the match referee, thus ending the confrontation with a final score of 2-2.

In the chapter on changes, the Real Avilés players who entered the game were Sergio García, Estellés, Iago Díaz, Cárdenas and Kilian Grant replacing Jose Hualde, Cedrick, Prendes, Vidorreta and Juanmi Carrión, while the changes of Langreo They were Dorian, Peli and Jandrín, who came in to replace Angelito, Jorge Hernández and Álvaro García.

The referee showed Langreo three yellow cards (Álvaro García, Jandrín and Ebea Metehe). He also showed a red card to the visiting team, which led to the expulsion of Jandrín (2 yellow). On the contrary, the local team left the match clean of cards.

After the tie, the two teams had 33 points in the locker and placed eleventh (Real Avilés) and twelfth place (Langreo) in the Second RFEF.

On the following day, the Astu team will face UC Ceares, while Samuel Baños’s Langreo will face Arosa.
