Queen Letizia, with a red vest and boots, heads to Guatemala: she picks up Doña Sofía’s baton

With khaki jeans, Panama Jack boots and the red vest of a volunteer at the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID). This is how we will see Doña Letizia land in Guatemala, the destination of her next aid trip. A country that her mother-in-law, Doña Sofía, already visited ten years ago.

On solo cooperation trips the Queen projects her international image in a field of social work, commitment to women, family and education.
