Paris Saint-Germain was proclaimed champion of Ligue 1, the French league, thanks to the defeat of Monaco (3-2) in Lyon during matchday 31, mathematically already with the title in its pocket in the first year of the Spanish coach Luis Enrique Martínez.
PSG had it in their hands for a long time and on Saturday, with their draw (3-3) against Le Havre, they lost the option of celebrating it in the Parc des Princes with their fans. However, a day later their main pursuer failed: 70 points to 58, three days from the end of the championship.
In this way, the Parisian team maintains its dominance in French football, with ‘Lucho’ on its bench and in which everything points to Kylian Mbappé’s final year with Real Madrid.
