Princess Leonor’s true plan in Zaragoza for which she missed the Armed Forces parade

Philip VI and the Queen Letizia This Saturday they presided over the land parade for Armed Forces Day, in Oviedo. Their Majesties, who attended the first institutional event together after their 20th wedding anniversary, attended the event without the company of the Princess Eleanor.

Although it was already confirmed that the heir to the throne would not be present at the events on May 25 in the capital of the Principality, this Saturday the true reason why Leonor has missed the parade of the Armed Forces has come to light.

“Princess Leonor has been doing maneuvers since this Saturday in the Campo de San Gregorio“, an RTVE journalist revealed during the broadcast of the parade. Thus, the sister of Infanta Sofía is making the most of her last stage at the General Military Academy of Zaragoza, since she will say goodbye to the Aragonese capital on the 19th. June, the same day that Felipe VI celebrates the tenth anniversary of his proclamation.

Leonor received the triple distinction last Tuesday in Zaragoza. The heir to the throne, which she has been in the Aragonese capital since last August when she entered the General Military Academy, received the Medal of the Cortes, the Medal of Aragon and the title of Adoptive Daughter of the Aragonese capital. During her speech after receiving the relevant awards from her, Leonor stated: “I feel like one more Aragonese, one more skill“.
