Preview of the Eagles vs. Cowboys game: 5 Q&A with the opponent for Week 14

McCarthy infused the offense with West Coast ideas throughout the winter, and he had Dak practice precise 3- on 5-step drops and when to strike them with his receivers.

Instead of having joyful feet, Dak appeared more accurate and composed in the pocket, and it appears that this has improved his mechanics and footwork.
However, in the beginning, they were largely playing outside the numbers and just used the short passing game.

Everything changed in Week 7 after the bye. Pre-snap motion was increased in order to provide Prescott with better reads or mismatches. Prescott was instructed to start moving the ball across the field more.

The coaches heard CeeDee Lamb say, paraphrased, “trust me more, give my the ball, and wonderful things will happen” at the same time as she went to Dak. Indeed, they did.

Dak appears more at ease in the pocket; he knows when to leave the pocket, his accuracy is spot on, and he’s throwing into coverage less frequently, which significantly reduces the number of interceptions. Despite the odd sounding name, McCarthy might be the OC Dak has been waiting for.

To be really honest, the defense has proven incredibly reliable since early in the season, which is always a huge assist. This wasn’t really explosive, but it worked well.

It’s simpler since the defense has given us short fields and occasionally even leads. In addition, he has a large arsenal of weapons. Thus, it’s not only Dak or McCarthy; this attack is skillfully designed.

This weekend, the Seahawks go to the Bay Area to take on the 49ers, who are perhaps the hottest club in the league. They have won a quartet of matches by double digits, most recently destroying the Eagles in Philadelphia.

The 49ers and Seahawks will play each other twice in three games; on Thanksgiving, San Francisco prevailed 31-13. Even though NFL fans often criticize Mike McCarthy, he deserves a great deal and the credit for Prescott’s outstanding season.

The foundational beginning point for fantasy decision-making is the game environment. As a result, I’ll divide the slate’s games into three groups: Binge, Stream, and Skip.

Similar to a TV you can’t stop watching, games that you want to “binge” on let you watch all of the episodes on a single weekend. These are the fantasy games that you should start all your guys in and those with season-defining plots.

The episodes you watch from beginning to end are similar to the games you wish to “stream,” except you might finish them gradually rather than all at once.

Even though there may not be many “must-starts” in these games, we can still choose where to start, and the teams will probably matter for the NFL playoff picture.

Finally, the games you wish to “skip” are similar to the television episodes you’re thinking of skipping, though you might occasionally catch an episode.

These games aren’t the greatest for fantasy football, however there might be an oddball guy or two that sticks out.

The Eagles’ chances of finishing first in the NFC are now in peril after losing to the 49ers last week. The main winner of this slide are the Cowboys, who play in the same division.

The Cowboys are going to put themselves in a strong position to win the NFC East with a victory. For the Eagles, it’s a difficult location. This season, the Cowboys have performed admirably at home.

To win this one, Jalen Hurts and company will need to defeat the Cowboys in a shootout given the condition that is the Eagles’ stop unit. Dallas just had a concerning defensive performance against Seattle the previous week.

With the second-highest rate in the NFL, the Cowboys run single-high coverage, which A.J. Brown usually rips apart.

If what Eagles offensive line coach Brian Johnson stated this week is any indication, we could see coverage break up for Brown with tight end Dallas Goedert scheduled to return this week.
