The following Order affects the Phases 1 and 2 of de-escalation and its application will be from Monday, May 25. A measure that makes aspects such as the fact of being able to play in the doubles mode more flexible, from which paddle tennis will also benefit.
Through Order SND / 440/2020, Existing restrictions for group training and classes are relaxed in these sports. The most important modifications contemplated in the new Order with respect to the territories that come into force from PHASE 1 onwards, are the following:
The limitation that established that the non-professional practice of any individual sport that does not require contact can only be carried out individually. Therefore, lTo practice tennis and paddle tennis, which do not require physical contact between the practitioners, you can start practicing in the doubles modality.
Collective classes can also be resumed in tennis schools, with that maximum ratio of 10 players per tennis court, always with the safety distance, without physical contact and with the rest of the mandatory hygiene measures. As in other sports disciplines, such as athletics or cycling, the use of a mask will not be mandatory.
