Pescados Rubén Burela wins its sixth Futsal Queen’s Cup

MADRID, 30 Abr. (EUROPA PRESS) –

Pescados Rubén Burela has won the sixth Queen’s Cup of his record this Sunday after beating STV Roldán 3-2 in the final, thanks to a very competitive final that was played at the Rey Felipe VI Sports Center in Boadilla del Monte (Madrid).

Thus, the Lugo team won its fifth Cup in a row against a rival that was always trailing behind on the scoreboard. A brace from Patricia (min. 14 and 24) put Burela’s victory on track and, although Laura cut the gap on 26′, Irene Samper made it 3-1 with Peque.

With three and a half minutes to go, Jenny deflected a cross-shot from Ángela Górriz in what meant the 3-2 scoreline. Mariángeles had the equalizer in a one-on-one against Jozi, who became enormous in his area and gained prominence to save that occasion and another double from Górriz and Laura, with which the match ended.
