Pedri suffers an injury to the rectus femoris of the right thigh

MADRID, 16 Feb. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The FC Barcelona midfielder Pedri had to withdraw injured this Thursday from the duel against Manchester United, with a first medical part of “injury in the rectus femoris of the right thigh”.

“The first team player Pedri suffers an injury to the rectus femoris of the right thigh. Tests are pending to find out the exact extent of the injury,” says Barça on their Twitter account.

The Canarian player requested the change and was substituted shortly before the break, in the first leg of the Europa League ‘plyaoff’ to reach the round of 16 that ended 2-2 at the Camp Nou.
