Pau Gasol and Cat McDonnell present their second child: “We already have it here!”

Great news for the family, which this Wednesday celebrates the arrival of one more member. Cat McDonnell has given birth to her second child and her husband, Pau GasolEnthusiastic, he has shared a beautiful photo with all his followers: “We already have him here! We are super happy to welcome our son into the world. Everything has gone very well and we are already a family of 4!”

The happy father has presented his son, wrapped in a blanket and protected from the cold with a hat while he slept peacefully in the crib.

Pau and Cat met in the United States and said “I do” in San Francisco, in July 2019. Shortly after, they held a party in style in Girona. Their first daughter, Ellie Gianna, just turned two years old.

The arrival of this second baby is a breath of fresh air for Gasol, who has had a very difficult few months since he announced his retirement from the professional circuit. Through tears, and surrounded by his family, he said goodbye to the courts during a press conference at the Liceo de Barcelona. Now, he is focused on his family and his charitable foundation, the Gasol Foundation, which fights childhood obesity.
