Patricia Rodríguez joins Granada as CEO

Granada has held an Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting this Monday where the most interesting point was the entry of new members on the club's board of directors. According to Ideal advanced and has been able to verify As, Patricia Rodríguez will be part of it as CEO.

The entry of Patricia Rodríguez will not mean the exit of the current CEO, Antonio Fernández MonterrubioAlthough it remains to be seen if the Chinese owners order some kind of nuance in relation to their functions.

Patricia Rodríguez is an executive with experience in managing clubs. She has a degree in Business Administration and Management. She was the manager of Eibar, one of the first women to carry out this role in a First-class club (previously Berta Vales did at Deportivo). Some time later she became the general director of this team and in 2019 she joined Elche.

Granada intends to continue growing as an institution and club with this reinforcement of its management team to which, in addition to the aforementioned Patricia Rodríguez, some Chinese members are joining.
