Pamplona lives the return of the Plaza 3×3 CaixaBank of the FEB

The emblematic Plaza del Castillo in Pamplona has experienced this Thursday the return of the Plaza 3×3 CaixaBank 2023 circuit of the Spanish Basketball Federation (FEB) after its break during the summer, a day that brought together 840 players of all ages distributed in 210 teams.

More than 300 games and 4,000 visitors, the Plaza 3×3 CaixaBank returned with force, after passing through Vigo, Córdoba and Toledo weeks ago. The best mark of this edition was given in Pamplona with a long and exciting day of 3×3 basketball.

The event has had the support of the Navarra Sports Institute of the Government of Navarra and the Pamplona City Council, as well as the collaboration of the Navarra Basketball Federation. “It is a real pride to see this square filled with more than 800 boys and girls having fun with basketball. We want to be a healthy city, and events like this help us to be so,” said the mayoress of Pamplona, ​​Cristina Ibarrola.

The FEB ambassador Fernando Romay made it clear that “it is a pleasure to be in Pamplona”. “You are the land of basketball, and this shows in days like this, with more than 800 young people enjoying our sport and family and friends accompanying them. It is not the first time and, of course, it will not be the last. Thank you all”, pointed.
