The coach of Levante, Paco López, assured this Wednesday, in the absence of two days of playing against Valencia the derby in Mestalla, that all should “cheer and excite people” for football after the health crisis caused by COVID-19.
“I think that we all have to raise the illusion of the people”, said Paco lopez in a telematic conversation with the Valencia coach, Albert Celades.
The Levante coach commented that since the fans “cannot enjoy it from the field, they can do it from home based on the sportsmanship and respect of the clubs”.
Paco López said he has adapted to the new normal in the world of football and highlighted the commitment of the players and members of the coaching staff during the confinement.
“I do not know if we have worked as much or more technicians from home than in the competition. I think everyone has been aware of the situation and within it the predisposition of everyone, players and the coaching staff, has been very good ”he added.
The Levante coach also said that the facilities where they have been concentrated in Benidorm the last three days “are very good” and that they have taken advantage of to train in the Camilo Cano de La Nucía to adapt to the field where the home games will play ”.
