Pablo Marí, a Spanish player for Monza, from Serie A, confirmed this Friday that “everyone is fine”, after being stabbed the day before in a shopping center in Milan (Italy) and thanked all the messages “of support and darling” you are receiving.
“After the hard time we experienced yesterday, both my family and I want to communicate that fortunately we are all fine despite the circumstances, and to thank all the messages of support and affection that we are receiving,” the footballer said on his Twitter account.
The defender was one of five people involved in a mass stabbing by a mentally challenged 46-year-old man at a shopping center in Assago, outside Milan.
Marí accompanied the statement with a photo of him in the hospital with his wife, Verónica Chacón, in which he can be seen raising his thumb with his right hand, while in the other he shows a sling.
In addition, the Spaniard wanted to send “condolences” and “all his strength” to the relatives and friends of the deceased person and a message of encouragement to the injured people so that they “recover as soon as possible.”
