Real Oviedo beat Granada (2-0) this Saturday on matchday 19 of LaLiga Hypermotion to claim a place in the disputed promotion zone, where Elche and Levante hold on despite drawing against Eldense (0-0) and Córdoba (2-2).
The Asturian team recovered the Carlos Tartiere fort after the tough defeat against Huesca to win a duel of double value against a Granada with the same objective. Javi Calleja’s men went ahead in the final stretch, to achieve victory in two shots in four minutes, by Colombatto and Paraschiv.
Thus, Oviedo added 32 points to climb to fourth place, compared to 29 for Granada, which remains ninth. For Levante it was not a profitable day to get closer to the direct promotion positions because of a penalty against them that Jacobo converted in the 94th minute. The VAR had work and did not satisfy anyone, not even in the 2-1 ‘granota’ Kocho also from eleven meters. At Ciudad de Valencia everything came alive in the second half.

Ipurua responded for the Basques and extended the crisis of the hands in a great performance with goals from Puertas and Madariaga.
Furthermore, Gaizka Garitano’s debut for Cádiz ended in victory, three points to get out of the relegation zone, thanks to Chris Ramos, who caused and converted the penalty in extremis with which Nuevo Mirandilla celebrated the victory (1- 0) about Albacete.
