The English outlet reports that the 23-year-old has a verbal agreement to move to London this summer after negotiations failed in the past. Having accepted his new contract, the signing was not completed due to the price that the people of Seville were asking for. There was no time to resolve this matter, but both clubs see the operation positively.

Another footballer from the Spanish league who sounds for the English team is José Giménez, from Atlético de Madrid. The Uruguayan is another of Chelsea’s options to strengthen his defense for next season. Josko Gvardiol, from RB Leipzig, and Presnel Kimpembe, from PSG, are other candidates.
