Nike Well Collective is born to care for body, mind and life

To promote this project, the multinational will incorporate more than 1,000 new fitness trainers around the world

The American multinational designer and manufacturer of sports equipment Nike presents Nike Well Collective, an initiative based on five pillars that consider fitness as something holistic that includes movement, mindfulness, nutrition, rest and connection.

“Inspired by the opinions of our Nike consumers, the Nike Well Collective is designed to support everyone in the journey of achieving well-being, however they define it. We celebrate all bodies and movements. These five pillars define how Nike supports all aspects of wellness through its ecosystem, which includes stores, social media and the content of its apps, Nike Run Club and Nike Training Club.

The Nike Well Collective seeks to provide resources, inspiration, and knowledge to move the body from traditional sports to activities like dance, yoga, walking, and stretching.

In her ‘mindfulness’ pillar, she will promote research-backed methods such as meditation, visualization, breathwork and self-talk to feel more centered and balanced.

In the realm of nutrition, he will offer expert advice with an open approach to help people fuel their movement and feel their best.

The rest pillar, based on the latest scientific advances, will offer practical methods to maximize sleep and recovery, and the connection pillar will present opportunities to create community, both online and in person, in addition to promoting a greater connection with nature. and with yourself.

In addition to leveraging its sports science expertise at the Nike Sport Research Lab, Nike is also expanding its global network of top-tier coaches and experts to help advise and inspire through the Nike Well Collective.

In the coming months, Nike will expand its global community, adding more than 1,000 new fitness trainers from around the world, from Los Angeles to Paris via Shanghai and Seoul.

Nike is also collaborating with a diverse list of world-class and award-winning scholars, researchers, scientists, medical professionals and academic authors, including Dr. Deepak Chopra, a leader in mindfulness and holistic wellness and founder of The Chopra Foundation and Chopra Global.

At the same time, the Nike Well Collective will seek inspiration and drive connection and service to a list of leading athletes for whom the five pillars are essential to the way they live their lives and perform at the highest level in their respective sports.

Starting this Wednesday, Nike Live stores will become Nike Well Collective stores. These physical spaces, with digital functionalities and focused on Nike members, are the stage to continue improving and perfecting the holistic fitness and wellness service.

They offer a selection of products that meet the needs of women both for practicing sports and for wearing on a daily basis. Also, the @niketraining Instagram account will become @nikewellcollective and Nike will delete its @nikeyoga account.

It is an intentional reflection of Nike’s evolution and its focus on the five pillars of holistic fitness, and represents a commitment to serve the full spectrum of wellness as people see and experience it.
