NFL Fantasy 2023: Quarterbacks for Week 14: Start ‘Em, Sit ‘Em

NFL Fantasy 2023: Quarterbacks for Week 14: Start ‘Em, Sit ‘Em

Recall how excellent Fields has been lately for fantasy football, despite his lackluster performance of Monday Night Football prior to his bye.

Before facing the Vikings in Week 12, Fields had accrued 21 fantasy points from his previous three complete outings.

He averaged 56 rushing yards a game since Week 3, even in a game where he played almost half the snaps. That translates to almost 125 throwing yards. It’s also a matchup that favors one team.

In three of the last four matches, the Lions have given up 21 fantasy points to a quarterback, including 21 to Fields in Week 11.

Additionally, Detroit has allowed quarterbacks to gain the most rushing yards. Launch the Bears quarterback.

Though he did go close last week wit 19.2 against the Commanders, Tagovailoa has not scored 20 fantasy points since Week 8.

This may surprise you. He doesn’t have to do much in the latter stretch because the Dolphins consistently blow out teams early.

Even yet, being one of the top football offenses comes with a lot of benefits. Tua has the ability to often hover near seventeen fantasy points when facing advantageous matchups, and this week he gets one such matchup vs the Titans, who rank in the top 10 in the NFL in terms of passing yards allowed.

Love has been amazing lately. He’s averaging 286.5 throw yards per game since Week 10, and he’s scored at least two touchdowns in each of the last 10 games.

Over that time, he’s averaging 21.96 fantasy points per game, and he’s scored more than 20 on three of those runs.

He is among the top five quarterbacks during this time frame in terms of yards, touchdown passes, passer rating, overall EPA. Oh, and he uses his legs to offer value as well.

He has rapidly elevated to the status of a fantasy QB1 and appears to be lot more at ease than he was early in the season. You are now free to proceed.

Although Wilson hasn’t scored 20 fantasy points in a while, he has shown himself to be a reliable safe-floor option.

He has a fantastic matchup with the Chargers this week, so it might be the week he breaks that streak.

Before last week’s 6-0 victory at New England, Los Angeles had allowed the third-most fantasy points per game to quarterbacks this season and the second-most passing yards.

Russ should be able to provide more through flight than usual in addition to his continued value-adding leg work.

In seven of his most recent eight games, he has run for more than 20 yards, including two touchdowns on the ground. This week, he is undoubtedly on the field.

Entering Week 14 versus Denver, Austin Ekeler is having trouble, and a lot of fantasy managers are unsure if they can rely on him on the final week of most leagues’ regular season. However, I’m counting for Ekeler to do well in the Broncos game. It’s time for him.

Ekeler has totaled 9.4 PPR points or less versus Green Bay, Baltimore, and New England in the last three games.

Against the Patriots, he managed just 4.7 PPR points, a season low, despite having 14 carries für 18 yards and two receptions for 9 yards on three targets.

However, the game versus Denver ought to assist Ekeler in getting back on track. Nine running backs have scored more than 14 PPR points this season against Denver, and the Broncos give up the most fantasy scores to opposing running backs.

It helps that Ekeler enjoys picking on the Broncos. Ekeler attended Eaton High School and Western Colorado College in Colorado.

Ekeler has recorded at least 15.8 PPR in six of his previous seven games against Denver. During that time, he has averaged 18.6 PPR points a game versus the Broncos.

In Week 4 versus Denver, Justin Fields was my choice for Start of the Week. With 35.9 fantasy points against the Broncos, Fields was a standout player.

Fields could have a great game against the Lions this week, which is why I’m starting him again against Detroit.

With 23.2 fantasy points versus Detroit in Week 11, Fields has already performed admirably. He ran for 104 yards and completed 169 passes for one touchdown. Against the Lions, he enjoys using his legs.
