The 24-year-old woman has reported that she met Achrafi Hakimi in January through social networks and it was on the 26th when they saw each other for the first time. In her statement to the police she claims that he “kissed her first on her mouth”, then she lifted up her clothes to kiss “her breasts” and finally “entered” her despite her refusals and protests from her.

The media also indicates that the alleged victim did not want to formalize a complaint against the Moroccan star but the Prosecutor’s Office has acted ex officio and initiated an investigation due to the “seriousness of the facts reported and the popularity of the accused.”
The young woman declared that she moved to the house where Hakimi lives with his wife, the actress Hiba Abouk, and their two sons, Amín and Naím, who are on vacation in Dubai. He allegedly sexually assaulted her despite the young woman’s pleas for her to stop. She assures that she was able to get away from him thanks to a kick and ran away. Once on the street, she wrote to a friend to come pick her up in her car.
