“My penis has been erect for three days”

“The thing worked, but not as well as it should, so a friend of mine told me to get an implant,” he explained. “I wear rings around my penis that are inflated through a hydraulic device. When you touch a ball, implanted in the scrotum, you have an erection and I can keep it as long as I want,” he continued. In fact, Juan has had an erect penis since he came out of the operating room: “I’ve been like this for three days because the penis has to get used to the device, the size… Then it will be normal and I will handle it however I want,” he explained.
