MADRID 28 Dic. (EUROPA PRESS) –
This Saturday, the Vallehermoso Stadium in Madrid hosted a new edition of the Nationale-Nederlanden San Silvestre Vallecana Mini, with a charitable purpose since the entire registration fee was donated to the Gasol Foundation.
This 2024 edition was the second in which the little ones had their own t-shirt, similar to that of the older ones, thanks to El Corte Inglés and its Boomerang sports brand. From 9:30 a.m., the future athletes wore their gold t-shirts, for the 60th anniversary of the event.
Children between 1 and 15 years old walked the green Vallehermoso tartan with distances adapted to their age, completing from one to three laps of the stadium. The most anticipated moment of the morning was the delivery of the symbolic check to the Gasol Foundation, the foundation created by brothers Marc and Pau Gasol to carry out childhood obesity prevention projects, for a donation that amounts to a total of 7,955 euros.
Gisela López, the Foundation’s Lead Project Technician in Madrid, received it from the hands of Alex Bogman, deputy general director and commercial director of Nationale-Nederlanden, Carolina Corti, from the Communication and Brand department of Nationale-Nederlanden and the Vice Mayor of Madrid, Inma Sanz.
