AS Monaco equalized the ‘playoff’ against Olympiacos (1-1) thanks to their resounding victory this Friday in the second game of the series, also played in Athens, thanks to the display of the American Mike James, the match’s top scorer with 23 points.
The Principality team took time to warm up, but when it did, they did not let up during the entire match in the hands of Dwayne Bacon, another of the protagonists with 17 points, and Danilo Andjusic, also key in the Monegasque gear with 19 units in his locker.
Obradovic’s pupils went from less to more and reached the break with an almost definitive run (6-20) that ended with two consecutive three-pointers by Mike James after the break. The game was dead minutes later with another good rush from the visitors.
