Monaco hopes to close Diego Llorente for 30 million

Everything seems to indicate that Diego Llórente will be a Monaco player this summer. Robert Moreno has declared his transfer owner. Hence, the Principality club has already set to work to try to close the operation as soon as possible.
Diego Llórente ends his contract with Real in 2022 and his termination clause is 50 million, but Monaco is confident that the transaction will close at 30 million euros, Although some information assures that it would be willing to reach 40 million.

According to sources close to the operation, the deal is practically closed since the last winter market, when emissaries from Monaco traveled to San Sebastián on the last market day to take Llorente. Only the lack of time for Real to find a substitute frustrated the operation. At that time the amount offered was about 25 million. Now the offer is a little higher.
The San Sebastian team signed the central defender for 6 million euros. So you will get a significant capital gain with your sale. If everything goes according to plan, the transfer will be announced as soon as the League ends.

Robert Moreno is the one who has personally convinced the Madrid defender, since he knows him perfectly from his stage as coach of the Selection.
