Mirandés, with a great Carlos Martín, and CD Tenerife completed the first day of LaLiga Hypermotion 2023-2024 with victories this Monday against recently promoted Alcorcón (4-0) and Real Oviedo (1-0), respectively.
At the Estadio de Anduva, Mirandés barely gave the pottery team any options, which they thrashed thanks to the young striker Carlos Martín, on loan from Atlético de Madrid and author of a double to demonstrate his good offensive skills. Sergio Barcia, from a penalty, and Gabri Martínez were the other scorers.
On the other hand, at the Estadio Heliodoro Rodríguez, Tenerife added their first three points after beating Real Oviedo 1-0 thanks to a goal from striker Enric Gallego in the 18th minute to beat an opponent who hardly worried them.
