Mirandés and Real Oviedo pay for their lack of ideas

Mirandés and Real Oviedo signed a draw (1-1) in a match in which the best were the two goals from Camello and Matheus, after a very difficult and misguided first half by both teams and a second half with more spectacle.

Camello put the hosts ahead, but a few minutes later Matheus got the equalizer before giving way to the best minutes of the match, in which the two teams tried to win until the end.

The first chance of the night was for Mirandés with a shot from Álex López, while Oviedo did not generate too much trouble until a failure in the Red defense after a faulty assignment could cost Lolo Escobar’s team dear.

After several minutes without fluency on the part of both teams, both Mirandés and Oviedo sought the goal with more impetus, but ideas were scarce in attack.

The carbayones closed well, while the rojillos could not find the gap to break the visiting defense and only Iñigo Vicente and Sangalli stood out.

After the break, the rojillos went ahead with a great pass from Meseguer and a perfect definition by Camello, who took advantage of the fact that Femenías closed his low shot options and put the ball in a square.

The locals’ joy did not last long, as Matheus Aias marked his ex-team, after a back control, with a shot at the turn.

The goals gave way to a more lively, open and rhythmic game, with two teams seeking victory, reaching rival areas with more danger, especially Mirandés, which forced Femenías and Mossa to take out two balls that were almost inside. .

When Mirandés had control of the ball, Carlos Isaac surprised Lizoain, who had to use himself thoroughly to stop the shot of the clearest opportunity in the second half for Ziganda’s team.
