Milan do Atleti a favor

The unstoppable Milan in Calcio continues without taking off in the Champions League, but still has hope. Those of Pioli did not go from 1-1 against Porto and now they need Atleti not to win against Liverpool so as not to say goodbye so quickly to Orejona, to which they returned after seven years of waiting.

Conceiçao lost a few minutes from the start to Uribe, whom he replaced with Grujic, and it was almost a stroke of luck for the Portuguese. The Serbian played an exceptional first half and began the play of the early 0-1, with a dubious tackle on Bennacer that could have been a foul.

The midfielder arrived in the area and crossed for Luis Díaz, who won the one-on-one with Tatarusanu without trouble. The Dragons made merits to increase their advantage but they lacked aim and also luck, as, at the start of the restart, Evanilson hit the crossbar with a header.

The Rossoneri started out with Brahim, who took a toll on the month off with the covid, and woke up only in the last half hour. Giroud, starter in place of Ibra, led to the 1-1 signed by Mbemba at his own goal, before a shot from Kalulu.

For the final arreón, the Italians also launched the Swedish striker, who was well disallowed by a pass from Theo for offside. Porto held on without falling and, in the end, took a 1-1 that leaves their chances of reaching the second round intact. Milan now need a miracle, and, first of all, that Atleti return the “favor” this afternoon.
