Messi 'returns' to Barça: this was his arrival at training

Leo Messi dressed again in the Barça colors this Monday in his first training session of the course two days after communicating in an interview on Goal.com that he was staying at Barça this season. The Argentine showed up an hour and a half before the start of training (3:57 pm), scheduled for 5:30 pm this afternoon. It will be the first in which he matches Ronald Koeman.

The Argentine player, who yesterday passed the PCR test for the coronavirus at his home as a prerequisite to returning to training, will not immediately place himself under the Dutchman's orders. According to the LaLiga health protocol, Messi will exercise alone for the next few days before starting to participate in group sessions with the rest of his teammates.

Barça will play their first friendly of the preseason next Saturday. He will play against Nàstic at the Estadi Johan Cruyff.
