MADRID, 22 Mar. (EUROPA PRESS) –
The Paris Saint-Germain player Kylian Mbappé has refused this Tuesday to participate in the various advertising events organized by the French Football Federation (FFF) on his first day of call with the ‘bleu’ team, according to the newspaper ‘ L’Equipe’.
The 23-year-old international, who remains in the spotlight as he has not defined his future for next season, has not wanted to participate in the publicity activities that the FFF has agreed with its sponsors and associated brands.
This attitude has made the federation “tense”, according to this French newspaper, in view of the concentration that the squad is developing at the Clairefontaine facilities for the next two friendly matches against the Ivory Coast and South Africa.
Mbappé has not only been the protagonist for refusing to participate in the federation’s announcements, he has also been on his arrival at the concentration this Tuesday. The PSG striker greeted his teammate Paul Pogba and the cameras recorded him saying “I’m fed up” between laughs and hugs with the Manchester United footballer.
The French national team faces the Ivory Coast this Friday in a friendly, at the Vélodrome in Marseille, and will play again next Tuesday in Lille against South Africa, in another preparation match for the World Cup in Qatar at the end of the year.
