Martín de la Puente loses in the match for the bronze against the Argentine Gustavo Fernández

PARIS, 7 Sep. (by EUROPA PRESS special correspondent Ramón Chamorro) –

Spanish tennis player Martín de la Puente was unable to secure a second bronze medal at the Paris Paralympic Games on Saturday after losing 6-1, 6-2 to Argentine Gustavo Fernández in the Philippe-Chatrier at Roland Garros.

The Galician player, who won bronze this Friday alongside Dani Caverzaschi in the doubles category, was unable to counter the superiority of his rival, a finalist a few months ago in the Parisian ‘Grand Slam’ and who dominated the match throughout.
