Marta Sánchez gets nervous when talking about “extreme feminism” with Susanna Griso: “Have you evolved?”

There are those who prefer not to move to the extremes, and an example of this is Martha Sanchez. The singer went this Monday to Public mirrorwhere he has spoken with Susanna Griso on various topics, including feminism. The artist has denounced on more than one occasion the direction that the feminist movement has taken in recent years. And, given what has been seen, she has not changed her mind. “Have you evolved?”the presenter asked him. Her response is not far from her usual vision, which is somewhat critical of certain feminists.

“In recent years, this femininity has been exaggerated and has been taken unfairly to men. I think it is too extreme on the part of a group of women. It has been taken to an extreme that unfortunately women are losing,” she said. commented Sánchez. “What’s bothering you?” the host of the Antena 3 program asked him. “Discard man in many aspects and make decisions given that that do not benefit us”has valued.

The singer has highlighted that “not all men are bad”, although there are those who, according to her, think otherwise. For this reason, she assures that feminism – specifically, the “radical” one, as Griso has clarified – “has been taken to an extreme.”

Although somewhat nervous, the guest at the Atresmedia space responded openly to the journalist. In fact, she has gone further, ensuring that “some feminist ideologies in Spain” do not defend the feminist struggle as she would like. In this sense, she has also regretted that some women look for the good side of their last hormonal phase, menopause: “I don’t like to see myself getting older. It seems hypocritical to me to praise menopause as something beautiful.”

These statements come shortly after publicly assuring that “equality” doesn’t give a damn to him. He said it last February, in his interview with Vicky Martín Berrocal for the podcast Alone. “It is super necessary and we must continue fighting, But there are certain things that seem to me to be for men and others for women. “I would never ask him,” she explained.

In October 2022, Sánchez said that “all-out feminism” was leading women down a bad path. “I liked chivalry, which sometimes I don’t see, feeling protected by men… Feminism has been taken to very exaggerated places. For me it is defending equal opportunities. In that, and in the fight against abuse, I am a total defender of women. I also don’t conceive of a girl being beaten up because she has her handkerchief on wrong. “There I am a feminist to death,” she told The voice of Galicia.
