Luis Pliego's version is another. The direct publication always has denied that he contacted Mariló Montero to inform her of the existence of those images, much less to show her the photographs. That trial, which as a criminal complaint can include a prison sentence, is ongoing. However, on January 24, Pliego, as we are told, made a mistake and screwed up. Something that could cost you dearly.

Director of Readings testified as a witness in the trial between Mariló and the paparazzi. He had to testify to offer his version and how he participated in the commercialization of the images. She acknowledged in the courtroom that she contacted Mariló Montero to tell her that she had received those images but that she would not publish them if she granted him an interview with a photographic report. As a witness he cannot lie in a judicial process, but, without realizing it, he put himself in a complicated situation regarding the dispute he has with Gustavo and Diego. Because with his statement we have in some way just admitted precisely the fact of which they accuse him. Luis Pliego confessed before the court that he did indeed contact the journalist to show her those images. Mariló herself corroborated this at the trial: “I had to endure threats that it was going to be published. When they told me it was going to be published, I panicked.” Gustavo and Diego request two years in prison. Luis Pliego will have to sit in the dock on June 4.
