Manchester United plans the relief for De Gea

David De Gea faces tough times in Manchester. The Spaniard is not at the level of previous seasons and at Old Trafford they are considering his replacement in the medium term. Looking ahead to next season, the goal will remain his but the next one the club wants to give it to Dean Henderson.

The Mancuniano club wants to convince Henderson to renew and go back on loan to Sheffield with a promise: that he will be number 1 from 21/22, which would leave David De Gea before his last campaign as Manchester United's main goalkeeper .

The Spanish goal has been the main option in the Premier League where he has played all 38 league games, leaving his clean sheet 13 times and conceding 36 goals. In the Europa League, the position belongs to Romero and he is not expected to play this last competition that United has left to finish the season.
