Manchester United has acknowledged this Sunday the accusations of domestic violence and sexual abuse against the Brazilian Antony and has reported that it will delay his return to the team after the national team break “until further notice.”

The 23-year-old player was called up by the Brazilian national team earlier this week following accusations of physical assault towards his ex-girlfriend Gabriela Cavallin, which are being investigated by the police and which he denies.
