Luis César returns to Lugo

What was an open secret became official at the stroke of nine in the evening. Three seasons later Luis César Sampedro returns to the CD Lugo bench. The Arousano coach, who achieved the best classification for albivermella in Second, signing for the remainder of the campaign and another after the dismissal last Sunday of Mehdi Nafti, his predecessor in office.
