Long contracts of the sheikh to secure a possible handover

One of the many changes in the Almería after the change of owner in August 2019 is the duration of the contracts. In his last seasons Alfonso García generally opted for zero-cost incorporations, signing contractual relationships of just one or two years. The arrival of Turki Al-Shekih turned that policy around, with young footballers signing contracts of up to four and five years (the maximum allowed) in many cases. It's that summer of 2019 Rosic, Jonathan Vada and Appiah got engaged until 2024, being precisely the four yielded last season by not counting in the rojiblanco box.

Darwin Núñez, who was only one in the Indálico team, also committed himself for five seasons, by using that springboard created by Almería to win over players like the Uruguayan to sign with Benfica. The charrúa left and arrived Sadiq, who signed a five-year contract, which forces the club that wants it to have to pay a copious transfer so as not to wait for the bond between the player and the UDA to expire, guaranteeing the player great stability. Ramazani, who landed in the same window as Sadiq, also signed a five-year contract..

In reference to movements in this transfer window, Almería acquired Akieme and Samu Costa as property and both signed until 2026 (the maximum allowed), without ruling out the departure of the Spanish-Equatorial Guinean side and / or the Portuguese midfielder due to the numerous suitors they have in the market and the huge profits that they could leave in the coffers of the Almeria club. Puigmal's contract, one of the three signings this summer, is also for five years, while that of Curro Sánchez, of two, being the exception that confirms the rule.

Maras and Lazo signed ownership until 2024 after being on loan 19-20, that is, four courses, like Jordi Escobar, whose contract also expires in 2024. Villar and Aguza have until 2023, while next June those of Makaridze, Fernando, Buñuel, Chumi, Centelles, Petrovic, Aketxe and De la Hoz expire (six of the eight are Spanish), in addition, of the 'sections' Peybernes, Ibiza, Martos and Yanis, all of them signed by Alfonso García, as well as the Murcian goalkeeper and the Cantabrian midfielder. The sheikh has not made a one-season contract at the moment.
