Liverpool already have a replacement for Wijnaldum: Renato Sanches

Renato Sanches is very close to leave Lille and join Liverpool for € 20 million This is reported by various international media such as Le10Sport (France) or the Portuguese newspaper Record. The midfielder became the summer 2016, being a revelation at the Euro raised by Portugal, one of the most sought-after young people in Europe by winning the trophy Golden boy and Bayern Munich went ahead of everyone by paying 35 million for the pearl of Benfica.

After a year without many opportunities, the Germans decided to transfer him to Swansea where he started well but due to an injury I cannot enjoy continuity either. The 18-19 was his last season at Bayern since in the summer of 2019 Lille decided to bet on him paying a total of 20 million. In France Renato has found his place – five goals and one assist in 40 games – and is one of the most important players for the current leaders of Ligue 1, despite being absent for a month due to an injury.

The financial problems of Lille, aggravated by Mediapro's break with the French league, make the team see certain sales with a good face and Renato is one of the players with the best lineup. This is where Jürguen Klopp's set comes in, looking for a physical midfielder but with quality and arrival to replace the possible departure of Wijnaldum.

He Barcelona interest for the Dutchman was one of the rumors of the summer and the player does not seem to be going to renew even though his contract ends in June 2021. His departure, whether in January or in summer, is taken for granted in Liverpool – let's remember that Wijnaldum is free to negotiate with other clubs from January- so the champions of England want to cover their backs and get Sanches for 20 million euros.

The Portuguese would form in the center of the field with Fabinho, Thiago, Keita, Henderson, Milner, Oxlade-Chamberlain, youth squad Curtis Jones and even with Wijnaldum himself, a core line of guarantees with which Klopp will try to revalidate the title of Premier League champion.
