Lisa Marie Presley will be buried next to her son at Graceland, the sanctuary of Elvis

The only daughter of Elvis Presley has died this Thursday at the age of 54 after suffering a cardiac arrest at her mansion in Calabasas, California. It was his mother Priscilla Presleywho announced the sad news: “Priscilla Presley and the Presley family are shocked and devastated by the tragic death of their beloved Lisa Marie. They are deeply grateful for everyone’s support, love and prayers, and ask for privacy during this very difficult time,” the statement read.

Lisa Marie went into cardiac arrest at her Calabasas home, where her ex-husband, Danny Keough, found her unconscious. The health workers who came to the mansion performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation and transferred her to the nearest hospital, where she sadly passed away.

The only descendant of the King of Rock had two children (Riley Keough and Benjamin) with her first husband, the musician Danny Keough, before their divorce in 1994. In addition, the composer had two twin daughters with her fourth husband, the musician and producer Michael Lockwood, whom she married in 2006 after two brief marriages, one to pop star Michael Jackson and the other to actor Nicolas Jaula.
