Lille announced on Tuesday two positives for coronavirus among its squad. The French club, second-placed even on points with Lyon, revealed that the two infected players are the Turkish attacker Yusuf Yazici and the Brazilian winger Luiz Araújo, who will miss at least the next two games.
“Luiz tested positive when he returned from Brazil on December 30 or 31. He has a fever and pain. Yusuf is asymptomatic and remains in Turkey. He had a test done before coming back and it was positive, ”explained Christophe Galtier at a press conference.
In Montpellier two positives have also been detected in his first team. Midfielder Téji Savanier and striker Stephy Mavididi will not be at Michel Der Zakarian's disposal and will miss the match against André Villas-Boas' Olympique de Marseille.
