MADRID, 19 Feb. (EUROPA PRESS) –
Milwaukee Bucks player Damian Lillard led the Eastern Conference team with 39 points in the victory in the All-Star Game against the Western Conference team (211-186), which was captained by LeBron James in his twentieth 'All -Star'.
The 33-year-old point guard was his team's top scorer with 39 points, only 3 points more than Jaylen Brown (Boston Celtics). It was a party in terms of three-pointers, with 42 for the East, 11 of them by a sharp Lillard. Thus, the Bucks player capped off a dream weekend, named MVP of the 'All-Star Game', after winning the three-point contest the day before.
In the Western Conference, the most notable were Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (Oklahoma City Thunder) and Karl-Anthony Tows (Minnesota Timberwolves) with 31 and 50 points, respectively. For his part, LeBron James once again broke another record, after once again surpassing Kareem-abdul Jabbar as the player with the most appearances (20) in an 'All-Star'.
