Levante plays this Sunday, from 6:30 p.m. against Deportivo Alavés, in the Ciutat de València for the first time in the last eight months after having practically finished the first phase of the remodeling of its stadium with a new roof.
Levante played for the last time at home on March 8 in the draw against Granada (1-1) and after the period of confinement, LaLiga resumed at Camilo Cano de La Nucía (Alicante) for the works in the Ciutat de Valencia.
In Camilo Cano, Levante achieved two victories, two draws and two defeats. It debuted with a draw against Sevilla (1-1) and was able to beat Real Betis (4-2) and Getafe (1-0) on the last day of the last championship.
In addition, the Valencian team fell to Atlético de Madrid (0-1) and Athletic Club (1-2) and drew against Real Sociedad (1-1) in La Nucía.
Already this season, Levante lost to Real Madrid (0-2) and drew against Celta de Vigo (1-1) in the Villarreal field, since the Ciutat de València was not yet ready.
The Ciutat de València stadium will show its new image against Alavés in a match in which it will debut a lighting system three times more powerful than the previous one and a next-generation hybrid pitch.
With an investment of 17 million euros, the Valencian club also plans to have the installation of the new roof completed, which will be accompanied by a new public address system and video scoreboards.
