Letizia’s gesture of admiration when seeing this wood engraving with the photo of her daughters

A very personal gift to the one who has received the Queen Letizia from the hands of the students of the wood workshop of the Aguas Nuevas Center in Albacete. It was during his visit this Wednesday 28 in the morning.

Doña Letizia, who has inaugurated the 2022-2023 Professional Training Course in Albacete, has toured the facilities of the Renewable Energy and Water Workshop and the CIFP Aguas Nuevas Wood and Furniture classroom-workshop, where teachers and students were working. At one point, one of the teachers gave him an engraving with the images of the princess eleanor and the Infanta Sofia, to the admiration of the queen and the applause of those present. The engraving, on wood with laser technique, has been made by the students of the workshop.

The engraving is inspired by the official photograph of the daughters of the King and Queen, published by Casa Real in February 2020. The portrait of Leonor and Sofía, in black and white, is by the Madrid photographer Castro’s Stele.
