King Felipe has delivered a heartfelt speech before beginning the evening: “The queen and I want to once again convey all our support to Croatian society for the earthquakes suffered in 2020; the effects here in Zagreb, as we have verified, are still visible,” he said. “Our two countries within the UN, NATO or the EU have responded decisively and firmly to the violation of international law in the face of the Ukrainian War.
