Leeds honors Bielsa and dedicates a street name to it

Marcelo Bielsa has become a benchmark in football and a mass idol for the English city of Leeds, after the city team achieved promotion to the Premier League 16 years after being in the Second Division.

Such is the fury that 'El Loco' arouses in the English municipality, that the city has rendered him the first great gesture in the form of a tribute for the feat accomplished. Nothing more and nothing less than the 'Marcelo Bielsa Way', which gives its name to a street that connects the Trinity Leeds shopping center with the shopping street in the city center.

In addition, it is not the only change that has been registered in the area, since the mall is renamed Trinity Leeds United, Another detail that the city has with its soccer team.

Leeds has returned to the elite English football with two days to go to dispute. With 87 points in the standings, he gets five from West Bromwich, who has played one more game. In 44 games played, Bielsa's team has scored a whopping 70 goals for just 34 conceded, being the least scored in the category.
