Las Palmas, in pink for a special cause

Pepe Mel's team will dress up against Almería in this special outfit as a sign of support in the fight against breast cancer.

Joining the wave of solidarity on the occasion of World Day Against Breast Cancer, Las Palmas announced this afternoon that its players will wear their pink kits in the match that will face them this Saturday, at 5:15 pm and at the Gran Canaria Stadium, against UD Almería.

The Gran Canaria team already wore that color on different occasions, such as last season on the island against Deportivo de La Coruña on 10/13/2020 (3-0). Equally, He did it last week at La Rosaleda against Málaga (0-0). Other teams, such as CD Tenerife, have also joined this initiative to wear pink for such a special day.
