Lara dedicated the award to her mother, highlighting the importance of health and family support in the fight against cancer: “The thing is that we often think that an award for our work is what makes us most excited, because it makes us improve, push us forward, it gives us a future. But the reality is that if we are not healthy, everything else is absolutely useless. The health of our relatives and our own is what truly gives us happiness,” said the actress, visibly moved.

The artist recalled how cancer had a profound impact on her life and that of her mother: “I experienced this illness when I was very young. It changed my life. I think I am who I am today thanks to that illness, because I wish it hadn’t happened to me, but when things like this happen to you, they make you evolve and change. And on top of that, I had the support of my mother, the best support you can have,” she explained. The actress stressed that both she and her mother were fortunate to overcome the illness and was grateful for the support they received.
