LaLiga Santander will be seen this April in Indonesia and Thailand by the LaLiga OTT

MADRID, 7 Apr. (SportsFinding) –

LaLiga Pass, the LaLiga OTT offered by LaLiga Santander and LaLiga SmartBank, will be a reality this April in Indonesia and Thailand, where fans will be able to enjoy a personalized experience of the Spanish competition through mobile devices and televisions.

“One of the keys in the entertainment sector is being able to offer a high degree of personalization, speak to each fan in their language and make quality content available to them that suits their tastes and needs. We believe that LaLiga Pass , and all the technology behind it, is moving in this direction and will become a great option for those who want to enjoy LaLiga and everything that surrounds it,” said Alfredo Bermejo, Director of Digital Strategy at LaLiga.

Along with all the live matches of LaLiga Santander and LaLiga SmartBank, LaLiga Pass users will find summaries of other matches, documentaries, selections of the best goals and saves, interviews and other exclusive content designed for each of the countries.

Likewise, each matchday will feature three LaLiga Santander games narrated in the local language, something that only LaLiga Pass users can enjoy.

Developed exclusively by LaLiga Tech, LaLiga’s technological subsidiary, LaLiga Pass will offer all the competition’s matches live and on demand, with functionality to select between different simultaneous matches. It will also offer all the programming from LaLiga TV, the 24/7 channel that broadcasts the competition and offers a single window to discover everything about the competition in one place.

LaLiga Pass will be available on multiple platforms from small screen (iOS, Android) to web and Smart TV, and will be extended to new platforms and devices soon. Additionally, all content will be broadcast in Bahasa and Thai with options for English and Spanish.

NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES

LaLiga Pass will be a new business model that will improve the fan experience and attract more and more LaLiga followers and have technology that can be marketed and used by other companies through LaLiga Tech.

“LaLiga Pass is a logical step in our audiovisual strategy. Over the last few years we have made an effort to increasingly improve the experience of fans who watch LaLiga from different parts of the world and now we want to take that experience one step further by allowing them to have a greater control over what they see, offer more and better content and tell more about LaLiga and its clubs in those countries where the situation allows it,” said Óscar Mayo, CEO of LaLiga.
