LaLiga denounced the chants against the Police by some Alavés fans in the match against Sevillafrom the last day of La Liga Santanderplayed on March 4.
The complaint reflects that some 1,000 local Alavés fans, belonging to the local animation group, located behind the goal of the Sports Fund, sang the song “killer cop” on two occasions, which was supported by spectators located in other areas of the field, reported the agency.
LaLiga He stressed that after both chants the club reacted quickly with the issuance of the message “Deportivo Alavés condemns and rejects any act of violence in sport, racist or xenophobic shouting. Encourage compassion and respect” through video scoreboards.
LaLiga sends a letter of complaint every week to the RFEF Competition Committee and to Anti-Violence Commission with those songs that occur in football matches that incite violence or have an insulting or intolerant content.
It also makes an electronic mailbox available to fans (viveelfutbol@laliga.es) to send their complaints, suggestions or requirements.
