N'Golo Kanté, Chelsea midfielder, returned to training with his teammates on Tuesday in the sports club city ‘blue’ just over a week after the Premier League resumed. The former Leicester outlet was not participating in the group sessions of his team, worried about the possibility of getting coronavirus.
The French world champion stopped training as a group for fear of the Covid-19 and for the past two weeks he has exercised alone, questioning his presence on the return leg of the competition. Chelsea will get back to work in the Premier on Sunday June 21 visiting Aston Villa.
Kanté suffered a blackout in 2018 for which he had to undergo tests – which allowed him to continue playing soccer – and his brother died of a heart attack the same year.
The French player joined the training of the Frank Lampard team on Tuesday and participated in a round session with his teammates. Chelsea occupies the fourth position in the Premier table, in the Champions area, but has 3 points to Manchester United, who dreams of taking away his place in said Euro-tournament.
