The challenge is to win, of course, but to see the fans on the streets and how they have received us today… That already gives us a sample of how important the game ahead of us is.

How do you prepare for this challenge?

Many of us have played at the highest level with our clubs, so we have to know how to keep a calm head and focus on what lies ahead.

Have you done anything to improve?

I would have loved to score three or four goals in the group stage, of course. For example, at the World Cup I had a lot of energy at that time. In this European Championship, which I already have greater experience and greater mental strength, I already know that what matters is not so much scoring goals as contributing and not obsessing over it.

England has a lot of humility, does not enter into psychological intimidation, are you afraid of being too friendly?

No, the truth is that we are like that, humble, but that does not mean that we do not want to win. In modern football psychological game is not used as much as before, but we know that we need the proper physique and mentality.

How important is it that there are people with experience?

Very important, of course, we have a lot of leaders in this dressing room and that helps a lot. That is what configures success and helps the youngest.
